Ludwig Enterprises and NextPhase Wireless Announce Unified Market Development for Philadelphia, New Jersey, Atlanta and more…

Ludwig Enterprises, Inc. (Pink Sheets: LUDW) and NextPhase Wireless, Inc. (OTCBB: NPHS) announce execution of a joint Marketing and Technology Memorandum of Understanding. The companies have agreed in principle to utilize certain proprietary technology methodologies and to develop allied or companion marketing programs. It is believed this joint cooperation will assist in expediting market deployment, penetration and could enhance the number of potential customers for both companies. Ludwig Enterprises expects to be one of NextPhase’s largest customers utilizing broadband transmission for “The One Radio”. Target Market cities include Philadelphia, New Jersey, Atlanta and Los Angeles.

Patrick Greenish, CEO Ludwig Enterprises and Thomas Hemingway, CEO NextPhase Wireless, have been integrally involved in the negotiations of this memorandum and believe it to be in the best interest of both companies.
